I help established online business owners strengthen the strategy, planning, and operational foundations behind their growth. That can include clarifying priorities, improving systems, refining workflows, and supporting better decision-making — all while respecting the leadership style and values that shape how you run your business.
What do you mean you work with credentialed professionals & leaders?
Many of my clients are experts in their field. Licensed therapists, attorneys, coaches, healers, speakers or even authors. I find that professional women who have had success growing their reputation, body of work and education have unique needs and concerns in how they run a sustainable business (compared to online businesses more concerned about scaling fast, despite wobbly foundations). As a former lawyer, I understand the concerns around integrity, transparent pricing, ethical marketing, confidentiality, and feeling authentic in your work. If you are newer in business, I can likely help you as well, don’t be nervous to reach out!
How is your work different from hiring an OBM or systems implementer?
An OBM or implementer typically focuses on execution and managing ongoing tasks. My role is more strategic. I help you identify what actually needs to be built or changed, guide higher-level decisions, and ensure your systems support sustainable growth — not just more activity.
For example, I do not want to be managing your calendar or inbox daily until the end of time. But if there are bottlenecks for you or your VA around this role, then I can help audit and document the ideal process to help create a system in that area of your business, then train you and pass the task back.
How do I know which way to work with you is right for me?
That depends on what stage you’re in. Some clients need clarity and strategic direction, others need a systems or operational audit, and some want deeper partnership support. We’ll identify the best starting point based on your goals, capacity, and current business reality. Do you help implement systems, or do you only provide strategy?
I provide strategic guidance first, because clarity comes before implementation. Depending on the engagement, I may help execute key pieces or work alongside your team to ensure systems are put in place effectively. I have built out SOPs, project management systems, overseen software migrations, built entire launch systems, and can even create knowledge base and systems utilizing AI or automations to decrease workload for you and your team.
