How I got here
I was once an attorney in a high-rise office. Polished resume, impressive title, completely unraveling on the inside.
My body was screaming. My intuition disconnected. I was living a life built on other people's expectations.
Walking away wasn't a branding moment. It was survival.
I left a toxic marriage, a law career, and a version of myself that never quite fit.
The Shift
My spiritual awakening began when I became a mother. Suddenly credentials didn't matter, but presence did. Motherhood demanded a completely different intelligence than I'd been trained to value.
I started training in intuitive development and exploring my psychic gifts, learning to trust what I'd spent a career dismissing.
At first, I kept these worlds separate: the strategic, systems-focused consultant and the intuitive doing powerful energy readings.
But over time, I realized they weren't opposing forces. They were complementary.
Today
I bring over 13 years of operations and strategy experience combined with my intuitive training. Some clients love layering in oracle readings and energetic work. Others simply appreciate that I honor their vision within a grounded, professional framework.
Both are welcome here. Because the most sustainable growth happens when strategy and soul work together, meeting you where you are.

Outside of Work
I live in a beach town in North Carolina with my family—transplanted from Maine to escape the winters where temperatures drop to -7°F on New Year's Eve (yes, that was my wedding day, and yes, I have no regrets about moving south).
When I'm not working, I'm chasing my athletic son around parks and trails, cooking or slinging snacks, or reading romance novels on my Kindle in the bathtub.
My AuDHD brain keeps life interesting: sometimes hyperfixated on a new project, sometimes needing complete quiet to recharge.
Either way, I believe laughter is medicine, your business should support your life rather than consume it, and you can be both strategic and intuitive, ambitious and aligned, professional and deeply human.
