Move From Ideas to Action Quickly & Confidently In Business
If you've ever sat down at your desk with five great ideas, no idea which one to start, and a slow creeping sense that you're wasting time you don't have, this one is for you.
I get this question constantly from the entrepreneurs I work with: how do you actually decide what to focus on when everything feels worth doing?
So, I'm breaking down why that struggle isn't really about time management at all, even though that's the advice you hear over and over.
Use a better planner.
Try a new productivity tool.
Get more efficient.
None of that touches the real issue, which is priority and protection, not productivity.
Here's what I want you to understand first: I'm someone who is neurodivergent, with ADHD, and for most of my life I thought my inconsistency was a character flaw.
What I've learned instead is that my capacity to follow through goes way up the moment I get honest about what I'm actually choosing to focus on, and just as importantly, what I'm choosing to set down.
That's the foundation behind how I plan in 90 day seasons instead of trying to map out an entire year.
One priority, two or three supporting goals, and real honesty about my capacity in that specific window of time.
It's a small shift that changes everything.

What it actually looks like inside a ROOTED VIP Day to turn a scattered list of ideas into an inevitable plan
