BTS: My Marketing Workflow as a Part-Time Service Business
One of the most common questions I get is some version of "how do you do it all?"
The honest answer to this question is: I don't. And that's the whole point.
I run my consulting and strategy business part-time. I homeschool my son two days a week. And in this season of life, every working hour has to count. So instead of trying to show up everywhere and do everything, I've built a marketing workflow that lets me create content with intention, repurpose it strategically, and begin delegating the pieces that don't require my brain or my voice.
This episode is a full behind-the-scenes look at how I'm applying everything I've been teaching in the past few episodes to my own business. I'm treating the Well Built Business like my own operations client this year, and I'm not holding back on sharing exactly what that looks like.
Topics covered in this podcast episode:
A full behind-the-scenes look at my marketing workflow as a part-time service business, including what I create, how often, and on which platforms
How I use the podcast as a content engine to drive my blog, newsletter, and short form video without starting from scratch each week
The exact documentation and checklist process I'm building so I can delegate marketing tasks to my online business manager as quickly as possible
Why running a part-time business makes marketing systems non-negotiable and how radical honesty about your capacity is the first step to building workflows that actually work
New here, to my work?
I'm Chelsea Fournier — an intuitive business strategy and operations consultant for established women entrepreneurs who provide services in their business. I work with therapists, coaches, attorneys, healers, speakers, authors, and experts who've built real success and now need infrastructure to hold it.
My work is built around the Well Built Business Framework™ — six pillars of systems that create sustainable, human-centered infrastructure for expert-led businesses. And I meet my clients exactly where they are:
→ If you need clarity and energetic alignment, the Business Soul Scan and ROOTED VIP Day blend intuition and strategy to reconnect you with your direction and plan your next season with intention.
→ If you need operational structure, the Business Systems Audit and Fractional Operations Consulting help you identify what to build first and then actually build it — with a partner, not a template.
Wherever you're starting, there's a path that fits.
